Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, PHC1, and ARPC5L. Each is linked with TUT7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT7-to-partner and partner-to-TUT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT7 versus CBY1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
