TUT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Claudin-7, eIF4E, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with TUT7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT7-to-partner and partner-to-TUT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Claudin-7 grouped by TUT7-low versus TUT7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
