TUT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 906 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R8, OR6P1, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with TUT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT7-to-partner and partner-to-TUT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R8 grouped by TUT7-low versus TUT7-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
