Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, XRCC6, and POGZ. Each is linked with TUT4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT4-to-partner and partner-to-TUT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT4 versus WRNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
