TUT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUT4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, C-Raf, and Bcl-2. Each is linked with TUT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT4-to-partner and partner-to-TUT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TUT4-low versus TUT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
