TUSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6129, MIR6857, and LINC01670. Each is linked with TUSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUSC2-to-partner and partner-to-TUSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6129 grouped by TUSC2-low versus TUSC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
