TUFT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUFT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,525 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUFT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM20B, SMG7, and UTP25. Each is linked with TUFT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUFT1-to-partner and partner-to-TUFT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUFT1 versus FAM20B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUFT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUFT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
