Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBGCP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBGCP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGAS, CIB2, and CCDC186. Each is linked with TUBGCP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP5-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 versus CGAS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBGCP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBGCP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
