Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBGCP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,786 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBGCP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with TUBGCP5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBGCP5-to-partner and partner-to-TUBGCP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule polymerization grouped by TUBGCP5-low versus TUBGCP5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
