TUBD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAF1, POLDIP3, and RBM12B. Each is linked with TUBD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBD1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBD1 versus PAF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
