Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG8, OR1L6, and WFDC6. Each is linked with TUBD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBD1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBD1 results are reported.
