Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB4AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,826 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB4AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, gap-filling, Mitochondrial translation, and Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with TUBB4AP1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB4AP1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB4AP1 results are reported.
