Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TUBB4AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TUBB4AP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher TUBB4AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBB4AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and KIRP show a favorable association.
KICH, ACC, and TGCT are the cancer types where TUBB4AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
