Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,801 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telencephalon development, Negative regulation of Wnt signaling pathway, and Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Each is linked with TUBB3P1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB3P1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB3P1 results are reported.
