TUBB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,032 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, PLOD2, and CEP170. Each is linked with TUBB3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB3-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB3 versus PLOD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
