TUBB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP10, CCDC185, and CNR2. Each is linked with TUBB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB3-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP10 grouped by TUBB3-low versus TUBB3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
