TUBB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, RRM2, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with TUBB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
