Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRE3, TNFRSF10C, and CXCR2. Each is linked with TUBB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
