Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBAP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,718 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBAP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT1, MTARC2, and MTR. Each is linked with TUBAP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBAP8-to-partner and partner-to-TUBAP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBAP8 versus NUDT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBAP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBAP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
