TUBAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2_S102, ARHGAP44, and PRKAR2A. Each is linked with TUBAP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBAP4-to-partner and partner-to-TUBAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBAP4 versus TNS2_S102 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
