TUBAP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBAP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBAP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, SORBS3, and NR2F2. Each is linked with TUBAP12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBAP12-to-partner and partner-to-TUBAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBAP12 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
