Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,648 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitotic DNA replication, and Spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with TUBAP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TUBAP1 results are reported.
