The most reproducible TUBA4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VIPR1, NIPAL4, and SIX4. Each is linked with TUBA4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA4A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA4A results are reported.
