The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TUBA3E Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBA3E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, READ, and ESCA are the cancer types where TUBA3E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
