The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TUBA1C Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TUBA1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and OV are the cancer types where TUBA1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
