Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,769 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBA1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with TUBA1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBA1B versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
