Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,463 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLJ6, IGHD6-13, and BPNT2P. Each is linked with TUBA1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1B-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLJ6 grouped by TUBA1B-low versus TUBA1B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
