TTTY7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTTY7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 344 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTTY7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS3, TBC1D4, and CBY1. Each is linked with TTTY7B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTTY7B-to-partner and partner-to-TTTY7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGS3 grouped by TTTY7B-low versus TTTY7B-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTTY7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTTY7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
