TTTY6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTTY6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTTY6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSS, NFAT5, and CTSH. Each is linked with TTTY6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTTY6-to-partner and partner-to-TTTY6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSS grouped by TTTY6-low versus TTTY6-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTTY6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTTY6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
