TTTY21B

associated omics data
testis expressed transcript, Y-linked 21BGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored TTTY21B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. TTTY21B expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Additionally, TTTY21B RNA expression shows 54 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight DLBC, and LUSC as cancer lineages where TTTY21B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes TTTY21B survival associations across molecular data types. TTTY21B RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (4). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

RNAKaplan–Meier4DLBC (90)view →
This table ranks reproducible TTTY21B RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High TTTY21B expression shows unfavorable associations in DLBC, CESC, LUSC and ESCA. The DLBC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .005). Together, the overview and detailed table identify DLBC as the clearest survival context for TTTY21B RNA expression.

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with TTTY21B in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, TTTY21B shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with LUSC recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
