TTTY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTTY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTTY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICAL1, CSTF1, and KCNMA1. Each is linked with TTTY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTTY1-to-partner and partner-to-TTTY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MICAL1 grouped by TTTY1-low versus TTTY1-high in LGG.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTTY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTTY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
