TTR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR103A1, IGHD3-16, and RN7SL591P. Each is linked with TTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTR-to-partner and partner-to-TTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR103A1 grouped by TTR-low versus TTR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
