Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,210 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cholesterol import, Regulation of growth hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of cholesterol import. Each is linked with TTR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTR-to-partner and partner-to-TTR results are reported.
