Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTPA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTPA data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTPA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTPA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
LUAD, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TTPA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
