Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,568 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1L3, RPA3P2, and MIR320C1. Each is linked with TTPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPA-to-partner and partner-to-TTPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTPA versus GLB1L3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
