TTPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTPA mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP20, MAB21L1, and FBXL7. Each is linked with TTPA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTPA-to-partner and partner-to-TTPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTP20 grouped by TTPA-low versus TTPA-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
