Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,328 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUT4, NOL9, and NKPD1. Each is linked with TTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTN-to-partner and partner-to-TTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTN versus TUT4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
