Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, c-Kit, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with TTN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTN-to-partner and partner-to-TTN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TTN-low versus TTN-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
