TTLL9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,238 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, OSCP1, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with TTLL9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL9-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL9 versus WDR19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
