Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,568 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTLL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP152, CKAP2L, and KPNA2. Each is linked with TTLL9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL9-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL9 versus CEP152 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
