TTLL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, SLC25A16, and CDC34. Each is linked with TTLL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL4-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by TTLL4-low versus TTLL4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
