Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTLL12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTLL12 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TTLL12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTLL12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where TTLL12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
