Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTLL12 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTLL12 data layer compared with 30 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTLL12 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTLL12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TTLL12 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
