TTLL12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCO2, ATXN10, and DNAJB1. Each is linked with TTLL12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL12-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL12 versus SCO2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
