TTLL12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, MCAT, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with TTLL12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL12-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL12 versus SNU13 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
