TTLL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, MSH6, and Notch1. Each is linked with TTLL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL12-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by TTLL12-low versus TTLL12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
