TTLL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTLL12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, AVP, and HCN4. Each is linked with TTLL12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL12-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by TTLL12-low versus TTLL12-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
