TTLL11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,395 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAV2, SEPTIN4, and HDAC5. Each is linked with TTLL11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL11-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL11 versus CAV2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
