TTLL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,567 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL10-AS1, MIR429, and DNAH1. Each is linked with TTLL10 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL10-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL10 versus TTLL10-AS1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
