TTLL10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,322 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CROCC, TPPP3, and SRP72. Each is linked with TTLL10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL10-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL10 versus CROCC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
